Synergy AV launches infrastructure strategy to improve ease of doing business and increase customer satisfaction.  Synergy's infrastructure transformation starts with a new company website to be launched 11/11/09. Follow on customer friendly changes are planned to be implemented in Q1CY2010 that will enable customer ease of access to Synergy AV.  The comprehensive changes reflect improvements geared to improve customer fulfillment and maintain exceptional customer service.

What customers can expect: Ability to securely log into Synergy AV to check order / project status, availability of materials, account standing, and input service ticket requests.

The pending changes will improve operations behind the scenes as well, in an effort to insure the current high level of support to customers continues.
